We operate with a commitment to provide safe, reliable, and affordable travel services across multiple destinations. These terms are designed to maintain transparency between the company and its customers and ensure a smooth travel experience. Ashish Tour and Travels reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
All users must ensure that the information provided at the time of booking is accurate, complete, and up to date. Any incorrect details may lead to delays, cancellation, or additional charges.
All bookings made with Ashish Tour and Travels are subject to availability of vehicles and drivers. A booking is considered confirmed only after successful communication or advance payment confirmation. We offer various services such as local taxi, outstation cab, airport transfers, and customized tour packages.
Pricing depends on multiple factors including distance, vehicle category, travel duration, fuel rates, toll taxes, parking charges, and applicable state taxes. The final fare will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Any additional charges arising during the journey, such as route changes or waiting time, will be borne by the customer.
We accept multiple payment methods including cash, UPI, online bank transfer, and digital wallets. In some cases, advance payment or token amount may be required to confirm bookings, especially during peak travel seasons. Ashish Tour and Travels maintains a transparent pricing policy, and we do not charge hidden fees. However, fare estimates may vary due to real-time travel conditions or route adjustments.
We understand that travel plans may change, and therefore we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the service type. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip may not be eligible for any refund. No refund will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations after vehicle dispatch.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method. However, certain services such as customized tour packages or peak-season bookings may have different cancellation rules, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Customers are responsible for maintaining proper conduct during travel. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence, misuse, or inappropriate behavior will result in additional charges. Smoking, alcohol consumption, illegal activities, or misbehavior with drivers is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. In such cases, the company reserves the right to terminate the trip immediately without any refund.
Passengers are also responsible for their personal belongings during travel. Ashish Tour and Travels will not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
Ashish Tour and Travels ensures that all drivers are verified, experienced, and trained for safe driving practices. Vehicles are regularly maintained to ensure comfort and safety during travel. However, we are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control such as traffic congestion, weather conditions, roadblocks, government restrictions, or natural calamities.
We are also not liable for any indirect losses such as missed flights, train departures, hotel check-ins, or business meetings caused due to delays. Our responsibility is strictly limited to providing transportation services as booked by the customer.
In case of vehicle breakdown or emergency, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative vehicle as soon as possible. However, delays in replacement due to availability or external conditions may occur. All users must comply with local laws and transportation regulations during travel. Any illegal activity performed by the customer during the journey will be reported to the authorities, and the company holds the right to discontinue services immediately.
Ashish Tour and Travels shall not be responsible for any force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, riots, accidents, or technical failures that may affect service delivery. In such situations, alternative arrangements will be provided where possible, but no compensation shall be guaranteed.
